The Benefits of Working with the Huntington Group

The Following Benefits are for Permanent Salaried Employees:
Health Insurance
Provided through United Health Care. In order to be eligible for enrollment, you must first complete two months of continuous employment. Once eligible, you are required to complete the enrollment forms. The enrollment forms process at the beginning of the month following the completion of the enrollment forms.
Sick Days
While working as a permanent salaried employee, you earn one sick day per each quarter worked. Unused days are not accumulated.
Vacation Time
Everyone needs time to get away. Our vacation policy is designed to benefit our permanent salaried staff. The company policy for paid vacation time is as follows:
- 1 week of vacation (40 hours of pay) is earned after 1,040 billable hours of continuous employment.
- 2 weeks of vacation (80 hours of pay) is earned after 2,080 billable hours of continuous employment.
Paid Holidays
Although our clients may recognize more holidays than we do, we ensure that our permanent salaried employees are paid for the following holidays:
- New Year's Day
- Memorial Day
- July 4th
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Day
